org-e-latex: Consistently change label names

* contrib/lisp/org-e-latex.el (org-e-latex--caption/label-string,
  org-e-latex--wrap-label, org-e-latex-latex-environment):
  Consistently call `org-export-solidify-link-text' so references can
  match labels.
