org-element: Handle multiple TBLFM keywords

* contrib/lisp/org-element.el (org-element-table-parser,
  org-element-table-interpreter): Handle multiple TBLFM keywords.
(org-element-collect-affiliated-keywords): Minor changes to
docstring.
* testing/lisp/test-org-element.el: Add test.
