lisp/org.el: Allow hiding #+SUBTITLE: keyword via `org-hidden-keywords'

* lisp/org.el: Allow users to include 'subtitle in
`org-hidden-keywords' to hide #+SUBTITLE: keyword.

This way #+SUBTITLE is treated like similar keywords for title, date,
e-mail, and author.
