org.texi: Rename `latex' export back-end section

(Exporting):
(Beamer export):
(Beamer specific syntax):
(JavaScript support): Rename `latex' export back-end section.

The PDF output format is not specific to `latex' back-end so it doesn't
need to be part of the section name.
