Bastien Guerry 3dd3df19df Applied Juri Linkov's change from upstream Emacs CVS. 
* org.el (narrow-map): Bind `org-narrow-to-subtree' to "s" on the
new keymap `narrow-map' instead of binding "\C-xns".
