Now you can set :stepskip0 to achieve this.
This variable defaults to nil. When non-nil, this is the default
value when the user is prompted for a timer.
This patch also improves org-timer-set-timer so that the user can
replace the current timer by a new one.
Hello, Org mode hackers,
This patch defines a variable `org-agenda-persistent-filters'.
When it is set, filters persist from one agenda view to the next.
I've found this convenient when using tags for contexts like @home,
@net, etc., some of which commonly remain applicable for a while.

This patch fixes the problem first reported by Tassilo Horn in
[mid:87y6fhxc47.fsf@thinkpad.tsdh.de]. Problem was that
`org-refile-cache-get' returned an invalid refile target table after
the refile cache was cleared.

i/q/C-g Ignore this question; the same as keeping all the idle time.
k/K Keep X minutes of the idle time (default is all). If this
amount is less than the default, you will be clocked out
that many minutes after the time that idling began, and then
clocked back in at the present time.
g/G Indicate that you \"got back\" X minutes ago. This is quite
different from 'k': it clocks you out from the beginning of
the idle period and clock you back in X minutes ago.
s/S Subtract the idle time from the current clock. This is the
same as keeping 0 minutes.
C Cancel the open timer altogether. It will be as though you
never clocked in.
j/J Jump to the current clock, to make manual adjustments.
For all these options, using uppercase makes your final state
to be CLOCKED OUT.

* org-publish.el (org-publish-cache): Use one big hashmap for
each project defined in `org-publish-project-alist'. The
hashmap will hold pairs of our timestamp-filenames and
timestamps, as well as pairs of source-paths and associated
plists for arbitrary values. Currently only the files title is
stored there.
The caching feature writes the information gathered during
publishing to disk and re-loads it from there the next time we
publish the same project. All those informations will hence
survive a restart of emacs.
One cache file per publishing project is used. The contents of
that file is the elisp that fills the new variable
`org-publish-cache'. The cache file is named according to the
project with `.cache' added and lives in
`org-timestamp-directory'.
* org-publish.el (initialize-files-alist): This function and
the variable `org-publish-files-alist' are not used anymore in
favour of the reloadable cache and the functions for handling
it. Removed therefor.
* org-publish.el (org-publish-validate-link) was not used
anywhere. Removed.
* org-publish.el (org-publish-get-base-files): Added the
variable `sitemap-requested' to avoid sorting where possible.
See also end of `org-publish-get-base-files-1'.
* org-publish.el (org-publish-get-files): This function is
not called anymore. Removed.
* org-publish.el (org-publish-get-project-from-filename) does
not depend on a list of files anymore. Instead of laoding all
files of all, we walk `org-publish-project-alist' until we
find a project, where the properties :base-directory, :recursive,
:base-extension, :include and :exclude match.
* org-publish.el (org-publish-file) takes an additional
parameter to avoid superfloues loading and writing of the
cache file when used to publish a part of a project.

Optional argument `edit-buffer-name' allows a name for the edit buffer
to be supplied.
This behavior is now parallel to the treatment of outline nodes.
This commit also introduces another change. When an outline node or a
plain list item is folded by outline and contains hidden children,
M-left/right will refuse to act on this item. You must either open
the tree, or use the subtree commands M-S-left and M-S-right.

The gist of the extended capabilities:
- Remove filter conditions for messages in a filter folder
If customization variable `org-wl-link-remove-filter' is non-nil,
filter conditions are stripped of the folder name.
- Create web links for messages in a Shimbun folder
If customization variable `org-wl-shimbun-prefer-web-links' is
non-nil, calling `org-store-link' on a Shimbun message creates a
web link to the messages source, indicated in the Xref: header
field.
- Create web links for messages in a nntp folder
If customization variable `org-wl-nntp-prefer-web-links' is
non-nil, calling `org-store-link' on a nntp message creates a web
link either to gmane.org if the group can be read trough gmane or
to googlegroups otherwise. In both cases the message-id is used as
reference.
- Open links in namazu search folder
If `org-wl-open' is called with one prefix, WL opens a namazu
search folder for message's message-id using
`org-wl-namazu-default-index' as search index. If this variable is
nil or `org-wl-open' is called with two prefixes Org asks for the
search index to use.

This bug was introduced in commit
1b40601ebd
which sets the body-only option to true when called with a simple
prefix argument, however it does not check that the prefix argument
is non-null.

Update agenda after refiling
This rebuilds the agenda buffer after the refile operation completes.
It was removing the to-be-refiled task before prompting for the location
which felt a little strange. While on the prompt you can't see
the task you are refiling anymore since it was just removed from the
agenda list and if you aborted from the refile operation
with C-g then the task to be refiled has already been removed.
By default, title, author, date and email lines appear in dark blue
with the initial keywords greyed out. The title is in a larger font
than the others. This is implemented by the following new faces:
org-document-title
org-document-info
org-document-info-keyword
In addition, the variable org-hidden-keywords can be used to make the
corresponding keywords disappear.
This new code will search #+INDEX lines in the buffer. For LaTeX, it
will simple convert these into LaTeX \index{} commands. For other
backends, it will copy thee entries to a new file, with extension
orgx. These files can then later be post-processed to create the index.

it is not possible to edit the table directly in the org-mode buffer
anymore - to edit such a table, you have to use C-c '
This patch implements reading American dates, like
2/5/3 --> 2003-02-05
2/5 --> ????-02-05
Is also fixes a bug that would force the current year when reading a
date like 2/5 (American) or 2-5 (ISO), and in this way would prevent
`org-read-date-prefer-future' to do its job. This bug was reported by
Lukasz Stelmach.
Also get rid of a bug: as timers where not properly canceled,
`org-timer-show-remaining-time' was not giving the proper result.
Thanks to Frédéric Couchet for this catch.
The `org-clock-set-current' and `org-clock-delete-current' functions
handle this variable. The variable only stores the last clocked in
entry, not the history of clocked in tasks.
Move the marker for the last refile location to the heading instead of at the
end of the entry. This was causing C-u C-u C-c C-w to end up on the heading
following the newly refiled entry.
Fixes Lisp error: (error "Not enough arguments for format string") when the
task to be clocked in has both a % in the heading due to the [%] cookie and an effort.
This can help to get out of an inconsistent state produce for example
by viewing from the agenda. Reported by Matt Lundin:
