* EXPERIMENTAL/org-e-latex.el (org-e-latex-footnote-reference): Allow
  nested footnotes.
* contrib/lisp/org-element.el (org-element-string-restrictions): Allow
  footnote references within a footnote reference.
* testing/contrib/lisp/test-org-export.el: Add a test for nested
  footnotes.
