fancy-splash: support height=100 too 
Since this is (relatively) easy to set via SVG editors (such as
inkscape), whereas $height requires editing the XML and re-editing after
every change made in an SVG editor.

While the :doom-color idea was a good one, unfortunately in practice it
is simply too unreliable.
