inhibit <p> wraps on a whole-list basis 

* lisp/ox-html.el (org-html-paragraph): Extend the special case of
  inhibiting <p> wrappers to only perform such inhibition when *every*
  element of the list is a single paragraph long.  Otherwise unsightly
  spacing results.
