org-e-latex: Fix customize group name and docstrings

* EXPERIMENTAL/org-e-latex.el (org-export-e-latex): Customize group,
  renamed from org-export-latex.
(org-e-latex-listings, org-e-latex-listings-options,
  org-e-latex-minted-options, org-e-latex-custom-lang-environments):
  Fix variable name in docstring.
