ox-ascii: Ignore line breaks when removing duplicates links
* lisp/ox-ascii.el (org-ascii--unique-links): Ignore white spaces when uniquifying links in section. Thanks to Mathias Bauer for reporting it. http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.emacs.orgmode/84548
