org-ctags: Fix interactive calls to `visit-tags-table' 

* lisp/org-ctags.el (org-ctags-get-filename-for-tag):
(org-ctags-all-tags-in-current-tags-table):
(org-ctags-rebuild-tags-file-then-find-tag): Fix the calls.
