ol: Remove `org-link-re-with-space(2|3)?' variables

* lisp/ol.el (org-link-re-with-space):
(org-link-re-with-space2):
(org-link-re-with-space3): Remove variables.
(org-link-make-regexps): Do not set removed variables.

These variables are not accurate. They are not used throughout the
code base either.
