lines before the footnote definition instead of removing those after
it.
* testing/lisp/test-org-footnote.el: Adapt tests.
* lisp/org-footnote.el (org-footnote-normalize): Fix normalization of
inline footnotes with no footnote section.
* testing/lisp/test-org-footnote.el: New test file.
