Prefer "website" to "homepage"
Emacs now advises using "website" (instead of "homepage") and
consequently to use the "URL" comment header instead of "Homepage".

* README:
* README_ELPA:
* doc/org-guide.org (Creating Footnotes):
* doc/org-manual.org (Creating Footnotes):
* etc/styles/README (URL): Prefer "website" to "homepage".

* lisp/*.el:
* mk/org-fixup.el: Replace the "Homepage" header comment with "URL".

org-babel-exp-process-buffer: Improve performance
* lisp/ob-exp.el (org-babel-exp-src-block): New optional argument
providing ELEMENT at point.
(org-babel-exp-code-template): Use lower-case #+begin/#+end lines to
avoid triggering source code block changes when the blocks are
exported with :exports code and also contain lower-case
 #+begin/#+end. We prefer lower-case default because other parts of
 Org, like `org-insert-structure-template' default to lower-case as
 well.
(org-babel-exp-process-buffer): Do no disable cache as changes are not
expected to be as frequent anymore. Pass pre-calculated element at
point to inner function calls to `org-in-commented-heading-p',
`org-in-archived-heading-p', `org-element-context', and
`org-babel-exp-src-block'. Do not force-replace source block contents
when no change is required.
* testing/lisp/test-ob-exp.el (ob-export/export-with-results-before-block):
(ob-export/body-with-coderef):
(ob-exp/src-block-with-affiliated-keyword): Update tests according to
the new `org-babel-exp-code-template'.

Fix function declarations
* lisp/org-macro.el (org-file-contents):
* lisp/ob-exp.el (org-in-commented-heading-p):
(org-in-archived-heading-p): Add missing argument to function
declarations.

org-babel-exp-process-buffer: Disable edit control while processing
* lisp/ob-exp.el (org-babel-exp-process-buffer): Do not track buffer
changes in element cache and org-fold after-change hooks while
updating src blocks. `org-babel-exp-process-buffer' makes a large
number of changes, which would overload the element cache and degrade
performance.

Matt Huszagh 78783f4e47 ob-core.el: Add ability to use closures as default header arguments
* lisp/ob-core.el (org-babel-default-header-args): Document ability to
use functions.
(eval-default-headers): New function to generate default header
arguments, which adds the ability to evaluate function arguments at
runtime.
(org-babel-get-src-block-info): Use new header argument evaluate
function when retreiving src block info.

* lisp/ob-exp.el (org-babel-exp-src-block): Must use new
eval-default-headers when exporting as well.

The closures are evaluated at runtime.

Kyle Meyer 20374f69e8 ob-exp: Restore evaluation query for lob calls during export
* lisp/ob-exp.el (org-babel-exp-results): Fix a regression from v9.0
that led to silently executing lob calls on export despite a non-nil
value of org-confirm-babel-evaluate.
* testing/lisp/test-ob-lob.el (test-ob-lob/confirm-evaluate): New test.

56bf3d789 (Babel: avoid superfluous confirmation for internal wrapper,
2013-04-10) let-bound org-confirm-babel-evaluate to nil in two spots
to prevent double querying for lob calls. These overrides were no
longer needed following the refactoring in dbb375fdf (Simplify Babel
calls evaluation, 2016-06-16). However, that commit dropped only one
of the spots, and, as a result, disabled confirmation unconditionally
when exporting lob calls.

Drop the remaining org-confirm-babel-evaluate override.

Users were often confused that setting this variable to `nil' will
cause header arguments to be ignored in addition to preventing code
from being evaluated. It is hoped that the documentation changes and
the name `org-export-use-babel' will better convey that everything
babel does can be switched off with this variable.

Charles Berry ea94c14d92 org-export-babel-evaluate docstring expanded.
* lisp/ob-exp.el (org-export-babel-evaluate); Inform users that `:eval
  never-export' should be used to avoid rerunning code on export.
  Some users are puzzled when setting this variable to `nil' disables
  all of babel.

The issue was raised by Ken Mankoff:

Nicolas Goaziou e1139e1895 ob-exp: Consolidate export of code blocks
* lisp/ob-exp.el (org-babel-exp--at-source): New macro.
(org-babel-exp-in-export-file): Remove macro.
(org-babel-exp-src-block): Remove unused argument. Use new macro.
(org-babel-exp-process-buffer): Apply signature change above. Put
temporary properties on top of Babel code so as to find original
location without relying on heuristics.
(org-babel-exp-results): Use new macro.

Export process has to know context of Babel code being evaluated (e.g.,
so as to retrieve parameters from node properties). However, evaluating
previous code can drastically change the buffer. The library used some
heuristics to find the original location. Those are not necessary
anymore.

Nicolas Goaziou cfaf0d54d7 ox: Remove `org-export-execute-babel-code'
* lisp/ox.el (org-export-execute-babel-code): Remove function.
(org-export-as): Replace previous function with
`org-babel-exp-process-buffer'.
* lisp/ob-exp.el (org-babel-exp-process-buffer): Change signature.
  Copy buffer before evaluating code.

* testing/lisp/test-ob-exp.el (ob-exp/exports-inline-code):

(ob-export/reference-in-post-header):

* testing/lisp/test-ob-lob.el (test-ob-lob/export-lob-lines):
(test-ob-lob/do-not-eval-lob-lines-in-example-blocks-on-export): Apply
change.

This patch merges `org-export-execute-babel-code' within
`org-babel-exp-process-buffer', removing one level of indirection. Now,
all the Babel evaluation is on the Babel side.
