James TD Smith b81fae4c3f More bugfixes for agenda column view 
Make org-agenda-columns-summarize work properly with the new summary types.
It was assuming the values should be summarised by adding them together. It's
now updated to use the summary functions in org-columns-compile-map, and also
handles summary types with calculated values properly.

Leave calculated columns blank if there is no underlying value.

Don't return zero if a property is missing.

Changes are also applied to xemacs colview.

James TD Smith 2c983f0929 Add min/max/mean age operators to column view. 
This lets you see how long has passed since the specified timestamp property
each entry. The three operators (@min, @max, @mean) show either the age of the
youngest or oldest entry or the average age of the children.

Carsten Dominik 164678d549 Column view: Protect vertical bars in fields when capturing column view 
Capturing column view creates an Org-mode table, where the field
values cannot have vertical bars.  These are now protected.

Carsten Dominik be7d0c4a6c Column view: Fix bug when editing TODO field. 
Since we now have org-use-fast-todo-selection set by default,
there is no reason for special treatment of the prefix argument
anymore.

Carsten Dominik b95178f38e Column View: Catch it when a date property does not have allowed values defined. 
When a property for column view is supposed to contain a date, not
defining allowed values could lead to an obscure error message.  This
is now improved.

Carsten Dominik 2deee3e6e4 Column view: Capture also from locations in other files. 
The dynamic block capturing column view has an :id parameter that does
select from where the column view should be captured.  The routine
searching for this entry so far only searched the current file, now it
uses the full ID API to find the entry also in another file.

Furthermore, a value "file:path/to/file.org" will capture the global
column view of that file.

The face `org-agenda-column-dateline' can be used to make datelines
with summaries look different from other column view lines.

Carsten Dominik f926b09e0d Allow using ido-completion all around Org. 
If you set the variable `org-completion-use-ido' to t, and if you have
ido-mode turned on, most instanced of completion in Org-mode will use
ido-complete.

Thanks to Samuel Wales and Eric Schulte for patches to this effect.
