body of a block is not indented the boundary markers should be
indented to their original positions so things like list indentation
still work.

org-find-library-name (misleading) and implement with a function
that exists identically in Emacs/XEmacs.
* UTILITIES/org-fixup.el: change calls to org-find-library-dir.
Simplify invocations of git, use the same arguments as in targets.mk
and use only functions that work the same in EMacs and XEmacs.

noutline fail silently because it is missing from XEmacs.
I started from the 78ec8e commit then cherry-picked and squashed
commits that have been done in master since then, except the bad
commits that overwrote the tree (in master) with the tree in maint.
This commit also bumps the version number to 7.8.06.
The only "fix" that was made between 78ec8e and the previous commit
is e0072f which has been reported to break stuff.
This fixes a wrong merge that should not have happened:
commit 7e903a merges the master branch into the maint branch,
while we really want to keep the maint branch a bugfix-only
branch.
This commit reverts back the maint branch to its state before
merging the master branch. From there, we will fix remaining
problems with the maint branch (e.g. copyright issues) then
release this maint branch as Org-mode 7.8.05.
* lisp/ob-ditaa.el (org-ditaa-jar-path): Already defined in
org-exp-blocks.el.
* lisp/org-exp-blocks.el (org-ditaa-jar-path): Declare appropriately
for the fact that this is really now a Babel thing -- even if it is
used here and the definition should remain here for reasons of load

Having a "Version" header forced us to update every file when releasing a
new version of Org; it also forced us to update every file when merging Org
with Emacs trunk, thus cluttering the diffs between the previously merged
version and the new one with useless information.

and tips given in the Elisp manual
No attempt is made to provide missing docstrings or document arguments.

calculating cache hash.
Otherwise one and the same ditta/graphviz image has a different hash
depending on the text properties of the body.
E.g. `org-export-region-as-html' with target buffer 'string passed the
body of the block without possible indentation property `wrap-prefix'
while `org-export-as-html' does.
