To demonstrate this I updated the example to now run a more interesting shell command (which happens to take a while to execute).

Examples of Litorgy in Action
size of the rorg repository
This will work for Linux and Mac users, not so sure about shell commands for windows users.
To run place the cursor on the #+begin_src
line of the source block
labeled directory-pie and press \C-c\C-c
.

[Eric] I sometimes get weird results here, where R will import the labels into the third column instead of the second. I don't entirely trust the R table importing mechanisms so far.
